Having lived a significant time away from one’s root culture and traversing various acculturation steps over time, there comes a point in the life of every such individual an identity crisis. To be in a state of neither here or there and simultanously craving to belong and feel secure with the newly developed understanding of culture. That is why here at Later Victory, we emphasis the need for understanding personal identity to find the authentic self.

What’s the problem?
In the year 2026, we are living in a highly curated social media world where occurences and happenings around us and the globe are unfortunately agenda driven most of the time. Reporting and large media firms have resorted to clickbaits, views and sensationalisng events. Not to mention the heavy geo-political biasing that directly reflects in their reporting. Hence at Later Victory we foster the need for independent journalism and need for critical thinking on the part of the viewer/reader to determine the varacity of what is presented.
